I’ve been preparing to leave for Iowa this week,  and as I thumbed through some magazines to recycle, I found this article about a house in Chile that is similar to mine:

The house is obviously larger and more permanent than what I’m planning, but many of the concepts are similar.  Regardless, you can see that the architects had fun challenging the conceptions of a what defines a “house”.

  2. how will you keep your exterior clean? theres lots of dust in iowa. will it be white? (please dont build a white house)

    • I’m using waxed canvas, so it should be tan-ish in color. Regardless, I’ll need to scrub it off occasionally.
